Abu Jayed Chowdhury (born 2 August 1993) is a Bangladeshi cricketer who plays Sylhet Division. He made his international debut for the Bangladesh cricket team in February 2018. In April 2019, he had been appointed in Bangladesh’s One Day International (ODI) squad for the 2019 Cricket World Cup, despite being uncapped in an ODI match. He made his ODI debut for Bangladesh the next month, contrary to the West Indies.

Abu Jayed Biography, Relationship & Career
He began playing cricket at a really young age. He came to the limelight after he chose 29 wickets in 2016–17 National Cricket League. He showed his white-ball abilities in 2018 BPL. He took 18 wickets in the tournament and put his case forward for the federal call-up. Following BPL. He was appointed in the Bangladesh squad against the visiting Sri Lankan side. He made his debut in the show but was quite expensive to be given another go. Hence he had been dropped. He was included in the group when Bangladesh toured West Indies in 2018. Since that time, he’s been a regular feature for Bangladesh in Tests.
He got a surprise call when he has selected from the 15-man Bangladesh squad for the 2019 World Cup. He made his ODI debut before playing one ODI for Bangladesh before. He, however, made his debut in the tri-series from Ireland and West Indies before the World Cup. But he did not get to feature in Bangladesh playing with 11 during the World Cup.
He had been born into an Islam household in Bangladesh.
