Kapil Dev Ramlal Nikhanj (born 6 January 1959) is a former Indian cricketer. He had been a fast bowler and a hard hitting middle order batsman. Dev is broadly regarded among the best all-rounders to play with the sport, he’s also considered as one of the best captains in the history of cricket. He had been appointed by Wisden since the Indian Cricketer of the Century at 2002.

Produced as KapilDevNikhanj, he’s a well-known cricketer from India. He’s considered among the best players in the history of cricket.
He attended D.A.V School and afterwards united DeshPrem Azad. Originally, he represented the Haryana State staff and gave an impressive debut performance in a game against Punjab in 1975.
