Roy Bevis Biography, Relationship & Career
He made his wrestling debut at the young age of 13 as the Zebra Kid partnering with the Canary Kid at a tag-team match against Jamie Lee and the Brixton Brawler. Following that, he competed in various wrestling competitions in the united kingdom and confronted some of the best. He rose to prominence after making his FWA (Frontier Wrestling Alliance) in the year 2002. He earned a niche for himself in the wrestling arena after he won a four-way match against the likes of Scotty Rock, and Mark Sloan, and Paul Trevell, at FWA Carpe Diem for a Frontier Wrestling Alliance All-England name match.
In 2004, he had a fallout with his dad and instead of wrestling in his dad’s promoted WAW (World Association of Wrestling), he started his fulltime career with FWA. In 2006, he took some break from wrestling citing health reasons. He made a comeback in 2007 and a year later defeated Erik Isaksen and became the first British wrestler to hold the WAW World Heavyweight Championship. He then started competing in tag team’s game and formed a formidable pair with his brother Zak Knight. They called themselves the UK Hooligans and together they won various tag team championships like HEW Tag Team Championships and RQW European Tag Team Championships.
He was born to wrestler Ricky Knight and wrestler Sweet Saraya (Step-mother). He’s got a step-brother called Zak Zodiac (Wrestler) and a step-sister named Paige (Actress and Wrestler).
