Shrikant Jichkar was called the most qualified man in India. He obtained 20 levels after looking for 42 university assessments. He was also a politician, known to function as elected as the youngest MLA in the nation, at age 26.

Shrikant Jichkar was born in a well to do family near Katol, Nagpur District of Maharashtra. He was the proud owner of arguably one of the biggest libraries that one may personally have. In his library, there were around 52000 books. Besides an avid reader, he was also a good painter. He made his foray into politics while he was still studying. He became the leader of his school. Jichkar had obtained as many as 20 degrees and enjoyed traveling the world and talking on topics such as economics, fitness, religion, and health.
In Indian politics, he created history by becoming the youngest ever MLA He then was just 25 when he got elected. With his knowledge, he had been handed ministry and was at the exact same time holding as many as 14 portfolios. He served as an MLA of Maharashtra Assembly from the year 1982-85 and he served MaharashtraLegislativeCouncil from the year 1986-92 and after which he was designated as the minister of the state of Maharashtra. In 1992, he was sent to Rajya Sabha and he served his whole term of six years from 1992 to 1998.
He retains the Limca Book of Records for the most qualified individual in the country.
Shrikant Jichkar died on 02-06- 2004 in Nagpur in the Indian state of Maharashtra.
